I had a fireplace installed by Glowing Hearth and Home / Mankato, MN store March of 2013. They were prompt to sell and install my fireplace but dont ever call for service. I called today 10/6/14 and told them that my fireplace would not light. They asked several questions trying to diagnos the problem over the phone. Finally the gentelman told me that they would have to send out a repair person. I say great.. when can they come out ?? He tells me that they are fully booked for over a month.. a month.. you have to be kidding. Nope.. they will put my name on a list but it will be at least a month. I live in Minnesota... I want to use my fireplace NOW.. I need to use my fireplace NOW.. Waiting a month is just plain ***. I will never recomend Glowing Hearth and Home again. Waiting a month for a service call on a fireplace that they sold is unacceptable.
