2 pairs of gloves and both *** out after wearing at most 5 times each. They say can't find a problem with chargers or batteries so you will have to buy a new pair at 249.99 American each time. *** customer service nor do they care. My family is with Canadian Coast Guard and never would recommend !!!!!!!!
