Glitch cause me to lose my streak

I had 10 minutes to finish a lesson and I tried to collect my rewards for my achievement so that I could purchase a streak freeze. Unfortunately, every time I clicked on claim reward, the rubies never entered my account. I closed the app out and tried again, but I was still faced with the same issue. At 12:01 I attempted to purchase a streak repair. However, when I clicked on the option, I then received a message saying something to the effect of this function is currently unavailable . Afterwards, my hand were tied. Later on that day I was able to claim my rewards only. Thank you .
