I made an order for a relatively small amount of medals (under 20). I paid for 2nd day air shipping just to make sure I would receive them on time (and make any changes if necessary) before our team party. Their website lists dates that you should receive your order when you view your different shipping options. When a few days had gone by and I realized we still hadn’t received a shipping notification, I grew concerned. I first tried contacting them via their online chat feature. “Maggie” said that the medals had just started the engraving process that day- they hadn’t even had our order ready yet, nor had they really even started with it. She stated they would be delivered 2-3 days later than the shipping date I paid for. When I told her this, she referred me to call he customer service line (apparently their online chat people are NOT customer service). I called said number and spoke to a man who I unfortunately do not recall his name. He was incredibly defensive almost immediately, despite me being a paying customer and speaking calmly with him. I could tell he was getting worked up so instead of fighting him on the matter, I requested to cancel my order which he condescendingly replied, “glad to.” I asked him for a confirmation number for the cancelation and he said in a snarky manner that I could wait for the email. While I am upset that I ever gave this company any of my time in the first place, I am glad I at least avoided going through the entire shipping and receiving process which would likely have left me with further disappointment based on the several reviews I have been reading. I would highly recommend you take your business to someone who values it.
