I used my points ( 200,000 ) from choice rewards to purchase some vanilla gift cards in November 2019. could not get them to Activate but the vanilla web site says status : active for all the cards but the are declined when I try to use them any where. I requested new cards got them in November 2020 and still will not work cards are declined again everywhere I try to use them. vanilla web site says card STATUS : ACTIVE BUT THREE MONTHS AGO THEY CHARGE MY CARDS A $3.95 INACTIVITY FEE FOR EACH MONTH NOW, ( WHEN THE WEB SITE SAYS CARD STATUS ACTIVE ) I AM BEYOND PISSED. THEY GAVE ME A TICKET # 3235**** TO SEND TO INCOMM.COM, AND I DID AND THEN YOU E-MAILED ME AND SAID THIS IS THE WRONG TYPE OF CASE. NOW I'M OUT 200.000 POINTS AND $625.00 IF YOU CAN'T HELP PLEASE TELL WHO THE *** CAN. User's recommendation: I recommend you use some other gift cards other than Vanilla.
