on 11 April 2021 I bought a pack of 4 gift cards for Logan's roadhouse at Sam's club in Gulfport MS. On 11 July I tried to use 3 of the gift cards at a Logan's in Dickinson Texas. The server came back and said there was no money on them. I then called regarding the 4th card, it also had no money on it. I then went back to Sam's on 12 July 2021 and was told they could not help me as the cards came preloaded with money (NO) and that I had to contact Logan's. I have not been able to get in contact with anyone except to be told there is an email address you can send to ask about this. Sent 3 emails have heard nothing. When I called today regarding a telephone number I was told they don't have one. Every phone number I tried to call that was on the web either said it was no longer in working order or no one answered. I paid 75 dollars for these cards.
