I purchased a gift card for a friend as a Christmas present. She tried to use the card but it did not work. I visited the Arbys in Danville, Va. A manager tried to enter the information manually but the card still didnt work. Approximately a month ago, I telephoned and complained about the problem. I gave the lady my name, address and telephone number. Didnt hear a word from her. User's recommendation: Don’t purchase Arby’s gift cards.
