Getting the runaround ,

I filed a claim on 11-15-2017 , sent in all the required information, sent additional form on 12-5-2017, and Broadspire is saying everything is ok but they have requested a form from the Oklahoma Medical Examiners office, , and that broadspire uses a third party document gathering service and that they are having trouble with payment being made to obtain whatever documentation is being requested from the Oklahoma Medical Examiners office. I am being given the total runaround on this claim being paid. The time it has taken to process this claim is not acceptable, I would not recommend any company to use this claim service, it is difficult to talk with any supervisors at the phone given on the claim form
