For the last several weeks, I was having problem with my PC. I just recently renewed my System Mechanic subscription with a 24/7 tech support, but it took me 1 hour on google search to find a contact for the service, email, Chat, or a phone number, which I finally found at the end. That is unacceptable. Contact details for a tech service has to be clearly noted on the application, and not hidden in deep down website deep donwn website website
