I called snap fitness in hornby christchurch to cancel my membership and they said no worries come in and fill out some paperwork. Me thinking it was all sorted after the paperwork i forgot about it. I check my account this morning and they are still charging me... 2 months down the later. My fault of being abit careless not checking my account, but the fact the company told me to sign this and it's cancelled what a load. Very poor customer service basically lied to me.
