Getting money back

I have occasionally opened two products instead of one, the technical support promised me that my money will be returned. They promised me a good credit conditions while buying the products but they did not warn me that the credit was valid only during the first three months. When five months passed, I wanted to purchase some more goods but then I was informed that the good credit conditions are expired. The customer service could not solve my problem. They have some rules but don’t warn about them. I advise the users to study the company’s rules about credits.
