Getting access to money in my account

My debit card expired 3/31. Forgot to update my address so I never received a new one. On 4/6 was told to verify who I am & was wrong with 1 digit of my old PO box. I called later with the right address & was told to submit documents for proof of identity & a copy of my utility bill with my new address. In the park I live in my landlord gets the bill & breaks it down for all of us, so they gave me a document to submit. On 5/4 I uploaded it, with copies of my id, front & back of my expired debit card & a note from me & told it takes 3 days to process. Heard nothing the following week so I uploaded another note & copy of my SS card. Each time I call I'm told my file is in another department & I'll hear something soon. I've talked to 8 different people, including 2 "managers" who say the same thing. Don't know if my documents were approved, but told I'll get a letter soon with a decision. My acct has last month & this next month's SSI, & my stimulus. I'm becoming homeless for unpaid rent.
