Getting a vehicle authorization number

my name is Dwight Killinger ([protected]@hotmail.com ). I'm a retired employee. when I try to log in to get a number online it ask for information about Roger Killinger. Don't know this person so I can't give the info. that means I have to wait 2 days for FedEx to deliver the number. When I called to correct the mistake I was told it was generated by a third party and can't be changed. I don't understand why my profile can't be updated. Thank you for a QUICK RESPONSE !!!
