When I contracted David Weekly to build my home on my lot they used Champion Windows 7 years later the film between the 2 panes of glass are delaminating . Weekly no longer deals with Champion and told me that Atrium was covering the warranty, called them they asked for proof of ownership and I had to measure the windows send them the measurements and they would send the glass to a 3 rd party where either I could pick them up or a window installer I hired could pick them up. I asked if I gave them the address of the installer could they have it sent there, they said no they only deal with BMC and McCoys both which are not anywhere close to my home. I feel if they choose to pick another manufactures warranty they should have had installers lined up that they could call and have pick up the material and install it.
