Get replacement card

I cannot use my card at the checkout register, going to the customer service desk it shows my card is active, and the expression date is expired, customer service desk can't figure out the problem and say's I have to call and speak to you all here to resolve the situation. But trying to get this resolved over the phone with customer service and the automated machine was a terrible experience and nothing got resolved and left me very angry. I gave updated my information and paid my yearly fee, only not to be able to use my card once again. I need this resolved asap. User's recommendation: None at this time.
