Original review updated by user Jul 16, 2021 I have called the IRS twice today - many times before this. Each and every time I wait on hold for HOURS!!! Then when I'm finally able to speak to someone and give them ALL of my information, they put me on hold and it just hangs up! This last time I asked if he had my phone number to call me back in case this happens. His response is that because they are working from home they are not able to do this. BTW - I owe money to the IRS, but their amount is wrong! I can't get in touch with anyone to resolve this - in the meantime I'm accumulating penalties and interest every day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! User's recommendation: THERE'S NOTHING WE CAN DO - WE ARE AT THE MERCY OF THE IDIOTS AT IRS!!!
