This stove was purchased Nov. 24/20. My oven has never worked. I have made several calls to GE and spoken to numerous people. They know me by name now (how sad is that). I have been told numerous times that the part should be in and a technician will call me. To date, this has not happened. How long does a person have to wait to get customer service. It has been 3 1/2 months now. I am ready to go to the news media about this. I don't like being lied to and I shouldn't have to wait this long to get a working oven. This is beyond being patient.
