Update by user Oct 24, 2019 They should do better with trying to work with customers Original review posted by user Oct 24, 2019 Scheduled to get service at a new Property, the unrealistic arrival window is 4 hours. Let customer service know that the property is not yet occupied due to no gas, its cold told them to call when in route. They called when they were minutes away like two minutes I was expecting more like 10 minutes they left a note and said I had to reschedule for two whole days later which delays my move in once again. You would think there would be a line of trying to work with customers with that 4 hour gap at a property that isn't yet occupied. They have no flexibility and do nothing to try and help customers, now I still have a cold unoccupied home.
