Contacted enbridge to relocate my gas meter in April 2021 and got technician visit on May 28th 2021. Enbridge technician gave me estimate for gas meter relocation services. After that I have contacted so many time by phone and emails to enbridge customer service and enbridge maintenance department for further process of my gas meter relocation. They naver get back to me till today July 5 2021. This is not a free service they offer but don't know when they will process as I am stuck with my basement renovation. Request to help me out asap. I am paying enbridge gas bills before due date every month since 2012 and so I don't have any right to go to the court for this issue.
