Gas gift cards

I wanted to send a friend a $100 gas gift card. I filled out the application on the Shell Canada website only to find they have a minimum requirement of $250 for a gas card. It would not allow me to order anything less than $250 That was not at all acceptable to me. User's recommendation: Go to a Shell competitor for gas gift cards like I did afterward.
