Garage not emptied

The garbage can at my rental property in Ludlow KY was not emptied. There were two bags sitting next to the can that were taken, but the large can was not emptied. The customer service person promised to send a truck out within 24-48 business hours to get it. User's recommendation: Call their customer service. They were very nice and helpful.
