Traded in car dealer sent check for full pay off compass decided to deduct my gap insurance return from the pay off amount. Alabama State law says the bank is to refund the full amount within 60 days with out requesting it. Been talking to them told them that were another Wells FARGO and I probably wasn't the only one this has happened to them. Probably going to have to get my lawyers involved hope to hear from more people start a class action suite.
