I preorded a video game way back in Jan. 2019 and the game came out in Oct. 22, 2019. They claimed they sent out most of the packages, but mine has not arrived at all. I am not getting any tracking number or confirmation that the package is being sent out at all. I attempted to contact them several times and no response. I paid off the items already, which was very expensive. I am not happy with their lack of communication.
