A bit too automated for me. No live customer service line if there's an issue requiring immediate resolution. Overpriced and, their labor might try to get work outside of Handy. And finally, be aware that there is no motivation for the labor to work efficiently. They are not obligated to complete the work hired to do. User's recommendation: No live customer service.
