Atwood never got in touch with me. I had a company come out to fix my furnace called Mobil Tech. He told me the high limit switch was bad and could not be replaced, and that I needed a new furnace. Well my brother-in- law took the high limit switch out of the furnace and put a new one in and my furnace works better than it ever did. User's recommendation: would not recommend.
