On Jan. , 25, 2020 I ordered a spray to be delivered to the funeral home for the funeral of Marianne Roxanne Ryan. The flowers were never delivered, and I have contacted Troy's customer service and was told a refund would be sent for the $123.03. Refund was never sent and I have emailed twice now asking for the refund. They will not even respond to me now. Bad business place if the florist even exist. They may be just a scam for online customers to throw their money away. Do not order from them. User's recommendation: Absolutely choose another florist to do business with and never with Troy's.
