We applied and were approved for a loan Jan30, 2019 sent a certified check for $514.00 for processing fees, then another check $1800.00 for escrow and wire charges, then a check for 1550.00 for insurance all the promise of being reimbursed within days of funding next we were asked for another check for 1500.00 for closing cost. When we were asked for a check to be sent for "Taxes" we said that we wanted to terminate the deal and requested a refund of all monies applied. When we recieved the termination letter we were asked to send additional funds of $1512.00 for legal processing fees which we refused to do we have requested our $6364.00 to be refunded and just keep getting the run around. They keep saying that we are gonna get our refund plus $1000.00 as compensation for monies held over 30 days we are only wanting our money back All communications state that monies will be refunded if loan is not funded
