I have been trying for over a month to withdraw funds from my account. The funds were taken out of my account but are being withheld and not released. After weeks of calling customer service a vice president is now involved. He also is unable to get my funds released. The scapegoat is some unnamed separate bank that actually controls the money but apparently is not accountable to TD A meritrade.. No one seems to care about my problem.
