It's been less than 1 year and almost all the windows are failing. They will not close enough to latch. 2 visibly appear warped. It's been 3 days of trying to reach someone in service to set up an appointment to come out and see the windows. I put in 3 service requests and have not been able to connect with someone to get this resolved. Originally I purchased windows in July 2018. They were not installed till January 2019. There were several windows in poor condition that needed to be replaced. It took 6 months for them to be repaired and now just 6 months later I am experiencing problems with the windows.
