Hi. I buy clover fresh full cream milk for my cafe. Since the unrest in KZN, the quality of the milk has changed drastically. The milk has very little fat content - I know this because my cappuccino texture has become flat. The taste of the milk has also changed, it tastes like long-life milk. I have always held clover in high regard because of the quality and would sadly have to use a different product if things stay the same. Regards Quaide.
