So SLOW ...and the favorite response from the assistant manager “our system is slow” while I’m standing at the counter waiting and she is supposed to be waiting on me but takes care of 7 vehicles in drive thru during my transaction...this is why I know to drive 35 minutes to the regency branch...just in a hurry and ft CAROLINE branch is 2 minutes from my house...EVERYTIME ...I try to use this branch it’s so horrible...I know better...I’ll stick to the regency branch...bad banking at Ft Caroline BBVA compass branch...no wonder when they have more than 2 customers...they get backed up...just very frustrating...Regency branch is a dream and so personal and friendly!!!
