Frustration!!!

I am a Property Manager of a 92-unit apartment complex in downtown Denver. Our residents are all over the age of 62 or have a disability. We have a contract with CSC since 2012 - expires in 2022. Suddenly, they stopped coming to pick up the coins out of the machines, which has caused the machines to stop working because they can't accept any more coins. This has been going on for 3 weeks! We have called daily, put in service orders, both online and by phone. When someone does call back or answer our call, they say someone will be out "today". No one has come as of yet. User's recommendation: Steer Clear! You're better off buying your own machines and putting in coin boxes.
