Frustrated with Xerox Service

We have been with Xerox for 25 years. In the last few years their service and support have plummeted. What would take a day for a service call now takes a week. We are done with Xerox at the end of this lease. Our salesperson was fired, so we have no rep. We live on an Vancouver Island with almost 1 million people and we only have 2 techs.
