Frustrated with no response

The customer service here does not exist. I would say it's abysmal, but that would mean there is some. I accidentally purchased a package of six reports. I immediately noticed and went to request a refund. I've not had a single response in over a week. I've sent another two requests and followed up on the first two. There is no way a company that large should be this bad at simple customer service help. No excuse. User's recommendation: Make sure you confirm your purchase and don't expect any assistance afterwards.
