Frustrated customer of U S Mint

I like thousands of loyal U S Mint customers were unfairly treated by this recent sale of 2020 W American Silver Dollars with the V75. Their website is totally anti customer. Have spent 30 minutes trying to even open up their website. They need to contact the stock market and use their technology so that they can handle thousands of customers that want to buy their product, Instead they lock us out and don't even give us the consumers a fair chance of purchasing this coin. Because their website can not handle the volume of customers, perhaps they should go to a lottery type distribution with sales because of the limited product. They could have an outside independent firm running the lottery. Right now, too many limited sales are going to the large coin dealers while the individual; customers are getting the shaft. I think we need some major intervention on the behalf of congress in order to improve their sales of products and the way they distribute their products. As an American citizen, we should be treated no better or no worse than the large coin shop customers. Let's get this problem solved before we lose more potential coin collectors. A lot is riding on this awful distribution of U S Mint product. I hope they are listening because if they are not, they will find themselves out of a job and a career. It's that serious, so wake up and do something about it before it's too late.
