Hi, I ordered a delivery for Russia. It stated that the delivery would be made on a certain date. The order was made in advance. The item was not sent and no feedback was given as to what had happened. It looks like the company just took the money and replies with generic responses that don't answer the question. I hopr they can fix the problem or I will make an official complaint and be sure not to use the service again. order : 292910
