Absa decided to freeze my card for a non fraudulent transaction and only provides phone numbers that are non toll free to resolve the problem. No one responds to emails to provide any assistance and the report fraud feature on the app is laughably atrocious as it rings for minutes and there is no one on the other side once it stops ringing. I must now walk to a bank on Saturday to try resolve as this as I cannot buy petrol or airtime, thank you very much ABSA.
