frozen acct.

for over two weeks my acct has been frozen since I tried to redeem some points for a Amazon gift card. It has been over a week since I was able to reach some one at their support site via phone, and over a week since I supplied the asked for info via email. This is probably the worst support team I have ever encountered. This is not the first time that I have had trouble with survey co. but it will probably be my last.
