Front office service at Iban Battuta Mall

Dear Team, We had multiple bad experiences with the front office person, "Mr.Arun" at the Iban Battuta mall branch, Dubai, UAE. From day one he has some issues with us, every time I and my spouse used to visit the branch, he never greets and behaved arrogantly with us . He always demotivates us by informing us about waiting time, failures, and all, we understand that we should be knowing all these but the way of telling should be different . Because of him, we delayed our process multiples times in thinking whether it is worth taking training from EDI or we will not be able to clear the test based on his words. Not even a single request is acknowledged or responded to properly, every time he delays our process and I am afraid that now again we have to interact with him again. As I have failed the internal assessment test, I have visited him again today and same no greetings, no smile, and arrogance again. I have failed the test but no regrets as there were my mistakes in the test but when I have visited the branch and contacted Arun that's when I have regretted it. No motivation, in fact, no response, I have greeted him and asked how are you he was just watching and asks how are you. Multiple times I have visited the branch with my wife and he is arrogant to both us so I thought I will bring to your notice. Now we are worried that based on our experience with him he will not provide our classes on time and delays our process intentionally. It is not about EDI but it is about "Mr.Arun", there is another person "Taha" who responds properly and if our request is not possible he conveys it properly.
