I called the company and the two representatives that I talked to were really very helpful and explained to me what I needed to know. Initially it showed that charges will only be $1.00,but when I proceeded to get my requested report, the website took me to more options, which I did not really want. Charges for an active account after 5 days of initial trial will be over $9.00 and I didn't really need that. Anyway, that is when I called the company and talked to their representatives. The rep gave me the report over the telephone, which I wanted in the first place. If ever anyone would need to get information, this website is the place to go.
