From A Problem To A Nice Gesture

We had a problem the day of installation because installers were running behind scheduled. A representative called to inform me early in the morning and followed up with me varies times to give me updated status. Once installers arrived they were very professional and polite. They did an amazing job and paid attention to all small details to assure everything came out perfect. I was impressed how cleaned they left each room they installed windows in. A week after installation, I received a letter from Windows USA apologizing for the installers arriving late. They include a gift card for our inconvenience, which I thought was a very nice gesture on their part. It really goes to show you that they appreciate their customers. I would definitely recommend to my family and friends.
