Freezer stopped working
Called Select and spoke with Hazel at 1130am on 7-4-20. She stated it would be within 24 hrs we would be contacted with a technician. I explained this is my freezer and I'm going to lose all of the food in it. No empathy at all - 24 hrs!!! At 1203pm on 7-5-20, I called again &;;;;;;;;;;;;; spoke with Shareena - again, no success - technician did not respond to the request. No one available to speak with regarding calling this an emergency. Heating/cooling & refrigeration should ALWAYS be an emergency!! Then I discover I can contact my own technician but would not approve him until he gets here and they speak with him! ALSO, I am now told that if it cannot be fixed we are responsible for replacing it ourselves and wait on a check from them to cover the expense!! We were NEVER tolWd this by the salesperson. You people are a joke! User's recommendation: DON'T USE SELECT HOME WARRANTY.
