Freeze card doesn’t freeze card.
Received suspicious charges on my card through doordash. Froze card, I was told to contact doordash. No response from doordash. Two days later doordash purchase went through for $72 on froze card! Seriously? Reported card lost or stolen to hopefully assure no more charges. Going to cancel this account and stick with Amex and Capital One. I freeze those accounts no charges go through. User's recommendation: Good luck.
