Free My ***

So we signed on to the "free" weekends. This was a total mistake. They charged us more than what was agreed upon in the contract. It was supposed to be 11.9 cents, turned out to be 13.3 cents. When I asked, they said the 11.9 cents was more of an estimate, not the actual price. That it was based off of consumption. Well, according to their site, if you use 2000 kWh you pay 11.9 cents per kWh. I used 2000 kWh, and got charged 13.3 cents. They are not even trying to resolve my dispute. Just telling me that everything is correct, and that is the rate I signed up for. When you can totally look at my contract and see that it states 11.9 cents per kWh. Nowhere on my contract is there even mentioned a 13.3 cents as a matter of fact. So that is a number they pulled from the air. Plus the TDU pass through charges are about $45 higher than anyone else in my area. I should have guessed the game when I saw that. Now when they show you the rate for TDU, it is the same as everybody else. On my bill however, it is twice as much as what they claim. These guys are ripping people off, and need to be stopped.
