Dear Team, Please note that still my issue has not been resolved and i want them to give my free minutes back or subscribe with a new subscription as an alternative...my marriage is on 09 of june from india and i have to plan so many things for my marriage thru skype but skype customer service are a cheater.. ok i understand that it cannot be carried forward so plz subscribe my account with a new subscription and give me only 440 minutes back and deduct your 360 minutes ...i want my subscription back asap ...it was not my mistake i addressed this issue when my subscription was valid but you guys kept on ignoring my email...i requested for this like almost a month and u guys just kept on ignoring so its ur prblm not mine...plz subscribe my account asap bcoz of u guys i was not able to speak to my parents on tmy birthday and even i was not able to speak to them on festivals so i want it by any how otherwise i am going to escalate this issue to a very high level...poor handling customer servise...to resolcve a issue u need more than a month ...i need it back The entire mistake was committed from ur end... 1.you deducted my free minutes bfore the time. 2.once I received a message that my subscription free minutes has been over the next day itself I send an email to guys like 10 days before my subscription date...but u guys did not respond to my email for 5 days and then kept on ignoring. 3 I know as per ur policy if the subscription period is over u cannot return my free minutes...but this is neither my problem and not my fault . 4.you guys have poor handling customer service ...you guys are exploiting customers I will again file a complain against you guys because I need my free minutes back. 5.even sending so many emails I did not received a resolution ...I understand ur policy...but there shold be an alternative while committing a mistake from ur end how can u say straight away no to the customer. 6 If the mistake is from ur end then you your company Skype needs to compensate for that...I understand that you cannot return my free minutes back ...plz subscribe my account with 800 min free calling to india for the month of may. if this is not actioned then again I am going to file a very big complian then I will reach to the ceo/vp/avp of the company to get it resolved. your tat is only for 24 hrs you deducted my free minutes you have to pay for it or subscribe for it for this month a new subscription if my previous subscription was over and if you cannot returned the expired subscription bkas u the Skype is the culprit. This has been happening continuously every month...before my minutes used to expire you guys used to deduct my minutes and say that the subscription is over...how stupid...and you guys kept on doing the same thing again and again everytime I thought it might be an error but this time I am very serious I need it back with an alternative... I have all the emails that have received from the Skype in regards to the solving of this problem and I will be happy to post all the emails on the website for complain to let the higher management know what Skype customer service representatives are doing to keep the customers happy and what kind of customer service they are providing you can also see the attached email that when was the 1st day i requested to get bck my skype free minutes and still not received.
