I used UpWork three times and worked as a freelancer. First time when I completed my work I had some difficulties with receiving the payment, but in the end I got my money. Second time I got only partial payment and was totally ignored by a person which hired me. The third time I received no money at all. I contacted UpWork customer service and explained what happened and asked for help. They did nothing at all and my issue was never resolved. I sent them numerous emails and then they just blocked me and later deleted my account! So think twice and better do not use this service.
