Fraudulent – reliance netconnect plus termination of services

My reliance net connect plus number is [protected]. I called customer service to terminate my account. At first they said, the account will be suspended and after 15 days it will be terminated. I spoke to customer service again to make sure that my service will be terminated. The lady I spoke to assured that the service will be terminated if I make the payment. I asked her name and any documentation/reference number, she only told her name. Finally I agreed to the lady and made the payment on the same date believing her words that my service is getting terminated as soon as I make the payment. Now I see a new bill generated for this month. Which is totally unacceptable, now I came to know that Reliance customer service gave me all false promises. Totally untrustworthy customer service. I need some help here because I cannot believe Reliance customer service words anymore. Regards, Rohith S
