fraudulent practices by bell canada

1

11/13/2017 Bell is charging us a $10 (per month )fee to suspend a service while we are away for 5 months. We own the equipment in question ( cell based turbo hub) . I was advised by the supervisor that this charge was sanctioned by the regulations created by the CRTC. Reference number with Bell is EY61148 . We were advised that if we outright cancelled the service we would have to bring the hub into the local Bell office upon our return and pay for a new SIM card along with all the activation fees. When I requested that her boss call me I was advised that she was in fact the last line of complaint . I was also advised that her immediate supervisor did not take inbound calls OR make outbound calls to clients. I advised her that we as Senior Citizens consider this practice to be nothing more than fraud.
