Fraudulent charges on my account

I do not have an account with you and I'm being charged 24.99 a month for your services. This has happened to me four months in a row now. I've never even heard of your app until I figured out where my money was going. I'm not happy and I'd like it to stop. I've also learned I'm not the only person that this has happened to. Either I want my money returned or I want these charges to stop immediately!
