I paid the card to ZERO, always. One month I had to replace the card because I misplaced it. They sent me a new one which I didnt activate right away. When I activated it, they had already charged a month fee of $5 and then a late fee on that $5. User's recommendation: This company really sucks stay away from them. They are the bottom of cards.

》 I needed to speak to someone who could help me fix my user name and password. I I was put on hold and waited for a tech came on to help me. I gave him the info he asked for and then he hung up on me.
