I paid the card to ZERO, always. One month I had to replace the card because I misplaced it. They sent me a new one which I didnt activate right away. When I activated it, they had already charged a month fee of $5 and then a late fee on that $5. User's recommendation: This company really sucks stay away from them. They are the bottom of cards.
